Terms of use

This is a courtesy English translation of the Bulgarian original (Общи условия). In case of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.

Welcome to the website www.ranvot.com! Thank you for visiting our site!

Please read carefully these general terms and conditions (“GTC”, “Terms”) for the use of the website www.ranvot.com (“Website”), because by accessing, browsing or using it in any way whatsoever, you confirm that you are familiar with these terms and unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these GTC, you must not use the Website.

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Provider and users in connection with access to and use of the Website. The Website is informational: it presents RANVOT, the Provider’s three systems and its custom services (custom software and automation), and lets you send us an enquiry.

2. Acceptance, validity and effect of the General Terms and Conditions

2.1. You accept these Terms by accessing and using the Website, including by sending an Enquiry. If you send an Enquiry on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to act on its behalf.

2.2. The relationship in connection with the Website is governed by these GTC, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy, which form an integral part of these GTC.

2.3. The Provider determines the content of these GTC and reserves the right to make changes at any time. Changes are announced by publishing the updated GTC on the Website with the date of the last update indicated therein. If the User does not agree with the new version of the GTC, the User should not use the Website after it enters into force. If the User continues to use the Website after the GTC have been updated, the User will be deemed to have agreed to the most recently published version of the GTC.

2.4. The Provider exercises due care to present complete and accurate information on the Website. There may be omissions or inaccuracies in some texts due to accidental or technical error.

2.5. If you have doubts about the content or reliability of the Website, you should not use any part of it. In all other cases, if despite such doubts or reservations you continue to use the Website, the responsibility for this decision rests entirely with the User.

3. Nature of the Website

3.1. The Website is informational. It describes the Systems and the Custom Services, the way we work, and gives our contact details.

3.2. The Website does not require registration and offers no user accounts, subscription, sales or payments. No contracts are concluded through it.

3.3. The information on the Website is general and is provided for information only. It is not an offer to enter into a contract and is not advice for your particular business. At the Provider’s discretion, the descriptions of the Systems and the Custom Services may be updated, supplemented or removed at any time.

4. The Mekavia, Lerevi and Ninorai Systems

4.1. The Website presents the Provider’s three Systems: Mekavia, Lerevi and Ninorai. Each of them has its own website and its own terms of use and privacy policy.

4.2. The use of Mekavia is governed by the terms on mekavia.com, the use of Lerevi is governed by the terms on lerevi.com, and the use of Ninorai is governed by the terms on ninorai.com. These GTC do not govern the use of the Systems.

4.3. If you ask us about one of the Systems through the Website, the Enquiry is governed by section 5, and the use of the System itself takes place under the terms of its own site.

5. Enquiries and offers

5.1. You can send an Enquiry through the “Write to us” form, by email to [email protected] or by telephone on +359 878 466 939.

5.2. Sending an Enquiry does not create a contract and does not bind either you or Us. We answer the Enquiry and, where appropriate, offer you a conversation or an offer.

5.3. The scope, deadlines, price and other conditions of the Custom Services are set out in a separate offer and contract between you and the Provider. For that work, the contract prevails over these GTC.

5.4. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in the Enquiry and represent that you have the right to provide it to us. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal data of third parties through the form.

5.5. We process the personal data from the Enquiry under the Privacy policy.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Website in a way that violates laws or ethical standards, including but not limited to: (i) for disinformation, fraud or abuse; (ii) for sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or mass automated enquiries through the form; (iii) for content that promotes or incites illegal or criminal behaviour; (iv) for content inciting hatred, discrimination or violence; (v) in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of other persons; (vi) for uploading or sending viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, destructive or malicious files or content; (vii) for attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or the data in it, or to disrupt or overload its operation; (viii) for copying, reproducing or extracting Content or data from the Website in a manner that violates these GTC or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property rights

7.1. All intellectual property rights in the design, code, texts, images, trademarks and logos on the Website, including the names and logos of RANVOT and of the Systems, belong to the Provider or its licensors. We own all rights, title and interest in the Website and in all copies, modifications and derivative works thereof, including, without limitation, all rights in patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, trademarks and other proprietary or intellectual property rights.

7.2. You may view the Content and share it by linking to the relevant page. Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing or commercially using the Content without the Provider’s prior written consent is not permitted, except where allowed by law.

8. Links to other sites

8.1. The Website contains links to the sites of the Systems and to third-party sites, such as the browsers’ help pages for managing cookies.

8.2. The sites of the Systems are governed by their own terms (section 4). These GTC do not address or regulate any matters arising from or related to links to third-party sites, advertisements, services, products and content. The Provider does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, and they are used under their own terms.

9. Limitations and limits of liability

9.1. The Website and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties.

9.2. The Provider does not warrant that:

  • (i) the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or completely free of technical errors;
  • (ii) the general information on the Website will lead to a particular commercial result for your business.

9.3. The Provider (including its managers, employees and partners) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, loss of data, loss of business reputation, lost revenue or costs for alternative services, arising from the use of the Website or from the inability to use it.

9.4. The Provider is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information on the Website, without an individual offer or contract.

9.5. The Provider is not liable for interruptions, delays or technical failures of the Website that are due to technical problems, maintenance or inaction on the part of the external providers, such as hosting or network protection.

9.6. Where applicable law does not permit a complete exclusion of liability, the Provider’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Liability for the Custom Services is governed by the respective contract, and for the Systems by the terms of the respective site.

10. Changes to the GTC

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date indicated in the updated version and are announced as set out in clause 2.3.

11. Privacy

We collect, process and store the personal data you provide to us through the Website in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy policy.

12. Disputes. Applicable law

The parties will strive to settle all disputes and relations by agreement, and if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred for resolution to the Bulgarian courts. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European law.
